In order to encourage winter visits to the Penghu Islands, this Administration has integrated winter festivals and traditional cultural features. Those visiting the Penghu Islands can win intricate cultural souvenirs by showing their plane (or ship) ticket or by uploading exciting photographs of their trips in the Penghu Islands to the website Chrysanthemum Island Fans Club. Visitors can participate in multiple events and activities in a single trip to the Penghu Islands to win many great prices. Events in the Great Awards for a Winter Trip at the Penghu Islands will be held from 1st January 2015 to 30th April 2015, with details provided below:

Rock Solid Winter Tour Experience Event
(1) Time: From 1st January 2015 to 31st March 2015
(2) Contents:
Those with an arriving plane (ship) ticket can receive a special event brochure and Shigandang stamp collecting card from the Tourist Service Center of Penghu Airport or the Penghu Visitor Center under this Administration.
Those collecting 4 Shigandang (stone pagodas) stamps can win a limited edition mug (only 3000 mugs have been provided);
Those collecting 6 stamps may participate in the raffles to win the OH! BEAR USB thumb drive (limited edition; only 100 USB drives have been provided).
Those uploading photographs of themselves together with 2 or more Shigandang to the Administration's Chrysanthemum Island Fans Club will be given a pack of poker cards.

Winds of Chrysanthemum Island Fans - FB events for Chrysanthemum Island Fans Club
(1) Time: From 9th February 2015 to 10th March 2015
(2) Contents:
1. 9th~15th February: “Winds of Chrysanthemum Island Fans ~ Love it Out Loud for a Romantic Session at the Penghu Islands”
2. 18th~23rd February: “Winds of Chrysanthemum Island Fans ~ New Year’s Celebration”
3. 5th~10th March: “Winds of Chrysanthemum Island Fans ~ Qigui (Turtle praying ceremony) and Lantern Festival at the Penghu Islands”
4. A total of 60 limited edition mugs, 30 folders, 10 fortune figurines, and 60 paper tapes shall be provided for this event.

Green See Turtle Fortune Baby Figurine Giveaways for the Penghu Islands Lantern Festival Event

(1) Date: 1st March 2015 to 9th March 2015
(2) Contents:
1. Non-residents of the Penghu Islands with arriving plane (ship) tickets and personal identification (PID) may participate in an on-site lottery at the Tourist Service Center at the arrivals of Penghu Airport or the Penghu Visitor Center.
2. Prices include 2015 versions of green see turtle fortune figurine and traditional glutinous rice turtles (limited quantity available, for a total of 1500 fortune figurines and 100 glutinous rice turtles)

Aimen Love - I'm in Love at the Penghu Islands Event
(1) Time: From 15th January 2015 to 30th April 2015
(2) Contents:
Couples posing and taking photographs with the red colored Love-Ai (愛。隘) words at Aimen Beach and uploading these romantic photographs to the “Chrysanthemum Island Fans Club” Facebook of Penghu National Scenic Area Administration with the password: Aimen Love - I'm in Love at the Penghu Islands can provide their addresses through private messaging in order to receive a romantic souvenir certificate from the Administration  (limited edition with 500 copies)
