In order to create more friendly, thoughtful travel environment, the Penghu National Scenic Area Administration specially launched the “I-Center Mobile Travel Service” during the duration of “2019 Penghu International Fireworks Festival”, providing services including firework shows, performance venue tour guide and travel inquiry to tourists on every Monday and Thursday at “Magong Commercial District Hotspot Route” during April 18th till June 27th, 2019.
 
Tsung-Min Hsu, the director for the Penghu National Scenic Area Administration indicated that the “mobile travel service” launched by the Tourism Bureau, MOTC this year is for the purpose of extending the travel service scope to tourists gathering venues other than visitor centers, providing five services including hotspot Sharing and Map brochure, Assisting in taking photos, Recommending travel routes, Travel inquiry…etc. (SMART), promptly serving peripheral tourists around important scenic spots. Therefore, the Penghu National Scenic Area Administration collaborates to arrange volunteers wearing bright yellow “I” vests during the period of the fireworks festival, along with identification flags, duty backpacks carrying travel necessities such as Penghu travel brochures, simple first-aid kit…etc., to offer tourists with services including guidance to the firework show venue, performance program and providing travel inquiry at popular tourists activity site of “Magong Commercial Hotspot Route” – spots including Zhongzheng Road and the Post Office Headquarters…etc. Moreover, the Penghu National Scenic Area Administration will also provide mobile travel services at the “Magong City Cultural Park Route” – including spots such as Penghu Central Old Street, Penghu Tianhou Temple, Shuncheng Gate and Duxingshi Village…etc. on Saturday and Sunday mornings during the peak travel season (April to September), hoping to receive even greater performance with the thoughtful services.
