Our new website is now up and running, and will be officially online on Dec 15th. We will be holding a series of "New Website Online, Come One Come All" promotional events from Nov 10th to Dec 10th, inviting everyone to participate and give us your valuable feedback.
It has been 8 years since the initial establishment of the website, but due to the ever-changing nature of mainstream technology and its rapid advancements, the website has since become outdated. Therefore, we proposed the annual revision of the Travel Service Network, Administrative Information Network, and the Chinese mobile version. The revision process has been completed, and now the website is up and running.
The new website has many features, such as: a brand new homepage to welcome all visitors and a considerate menu bar that appears on top of the browser on every page to negate the need to return to the top of the page in order to explore a new topic every time. Also, the website is designed to incorporate a convenient tour-guide mechanism, which allows you to find all the travel information you need via the "Travel Search" function. Utilizing Google Maps, it provides a more precise location information to help you obtain the coordinates and location of each tourism site. In addition, the scenic spot subpages other than providing you with images, info, addresses, coordinates, and various basic information, you can also search for nearby scenic spots, restaurants, souvenirs shops, and accommodation information via "Nearby Highlights" after you locked onto your target site. Other than that, the Personalized Schedule DIY deserves special attention. It allows you to add your favorite spots to your personalized schedule while you are browsing through scenic spots or other related resources. The "Personalized Schedule DIY" function will be enabled once you login with your Facebook or Google account. Now, not only you can plan your schedules for your tours in Penghu, you can also share them with all your friends and netizens!
