The 2025 Four Seasons Penghu Travel campaign launch press conference was held on January 15, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Penghu Visitor Center of the Tourism Administration, MOTC. Hosted by Deputy Director-General Lin Hsin-jen of the Tourism Administration, the event attracted esteemed officials, tourism industry representatives, and members of the media, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere.

A special highlight of the event was a captivating live performance by the IYouAma Band, featuring a medley of iconic songs, including Grandma’s Penghu Bay, Penghu Love Song, and Longing for the Spring Breeze(Bāng Chhun-hong). This musical journey beautifully illustrated the diverse and vibrant essence of Penghu’s year-round tourism experience. The event also featured a lively appearance by OhBear, the mascot of the Tourism Administration, alongside HiBear, the official mascot of the Penghu NSA. The duo engaged in a fun-filled runway showcase and interactive performance, bringing the highlights of Penghu's four-season tourism to life. Their energetic presence added to the festive atmosphere, immersing attendees in the enchanting charm of Penghu throughout the year. Additionally, a Four Seasons Penghu Highlights Exhibition Zone was set up on-site, showcasing the essence of Penghu’s seasonal tourism. The exhibition featured a realistic stone weir model, stunning images of iconic attractions, and an array of themed souvenirs. Thoughtfully designed to create an immersive experience, the setup allowed guests to visually and sensorially explore the distinct appeal of each season in Penghu.

The "2025 Four Seasons Penghu Travel" series will officially kick off from February to April with "Winter—Heritage Discovery Season," starting with the traditional Lantern Festival Turtle Blessing Ceremony. To celebrate this time-honored tradition, the Penghu NSA has partnered with 24 temples across Penghu to launch a "Lantern Festival Turtle Stamp Collection" event from February 11 to 14. During the event, 1,200 limited-edition green sea turtle figurines will be available for redemption. Participants who complete the stamp collection will also have a chance to enter a lucky draw, with prizes including an Apple iPad and a selection of Penghu specialty gifts. All are welcome to join in and experience this unique cultural festivity.

Following this, the "Spring – Tern-Watching Season" from May to August will take visitors on island-hopping excursions to witness the fascinating seabird ecology of Penghu’s terns. The "Summer – Stone Weirs Exploration Season" from June to September invites travelers to Jibei Island for an immersive experience in traditional stone weir fishing culture and an unforgettable stargazing night tour.
