To strengthen the branding of Four Seasons Penghu Travel and promote Penghu’s year-round tourism highlights, the Penghu National Scenic Area Headquarters, Tourism Administration, MOTC (hereafter referred to as the Penghu Headquarters) has joined forces with the Penghu County Government, the Wave Penghu, and various local tourism associations. From April 8 to 10, 2025, they held a series of “2025 Four Seasons Penghu Travel” trade promotional events in Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung. The events attracted more than 210 travel agencies and nearly 260 industry representatives, including UNI Air, Mandarin Airlines, Penghu Ferry, and tourism associations from across Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung. The lively exchanges on site showcased a shared interest in exploring new business opportunities within Penghu’s growing tourism market.

Director Chen-ling Kuo of the Penghu Headquarters noted that as international travel resumes, domestic tourism has entered a fiercely competitive phase—posing new challenges for offshore destinations. The key, he emphasized, lies in attracting visitors, encouraging longer stays, and enhancing the overall tourism value. To that end, the Penghu Headquarters, in collaboration with the Penghu County Government, took the initiative to launch these promotional events ahead of the peak travel season, introducing travel agents to major upcoming highlights, including 2025 Penghu International Fireworks Festival, 2025 Penghu Cycling Festival, 2025 Penghu Music Festival, Gaillardia Islands Penghu Cross-Sea Marathon, 2025 Four Seasons Penghu Travel, and Taiwan Tourist Shuttle – Easy Travel Penghu. The events also aimed to forge deeper collaborations with travel agencies, encouraging them to design innovative and diverse tour packages that cater to both domestic and international travelers—continuing the momentum of Penghu’s tourism appeal.

The promotional events featured local tourism representatives from Penghu, who presented new travel products and unique experiences. In addition, major transportation operators—Mandarin Airlines, UNI Air, and Penghu Ferry were on hand to share the latest flight schedules and promotional offers, further enhancing travel convenience. Guests also enjoyed authentic Penghu delicacies and participated in lucky draw giveaways, offering them an immersive first taste of Penghu’s distinctive charm and vibrant hospitality. Looking ahead, the Penghu Headquarters will continue expanding its market outreach, using diverse marketing strategies to invite travelers from across Taiwan to explore Penghu—a beautiful island paradise where every season shines.
