From July through September, the area between Beiliao and Chihyu Land-tied Island (Crossing the Red Sea) will be closed before 6:00am and after 18:30pm on specific days.

The area between Beiliao and Chihyu Land-tied Island (Crossing the Red Sea) will be closed to the public from before 6:00am and after 18:30pm on the following dates:

• July 2017: 11th, 12th, 13th, 25th, 26th, 27th.
• August 2017: 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 23rd, 24th, 25th.
• September 2017: 7th, 8th, 9th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd.

The Penghu National Scenic Area Administration reminds visitors and vendors to abide by the regulations and measures relating to tombolo walking at low tide to help protect the local ecology and the tourism experience of future visitors.
