此次追風音樂節風箏系列活動「人來風」係由一群充滿愛與力量的風箏愛好者，特地為『台灣癌症基金會』兒童防癌推廣募款而來，章魚公版造型是由德國風箏設計師Rainer Kuhimann所設計，並幫助世界各地當地所屬癌症基金會推廣募款，讓每一位點選使用章魚公版造型的風箏愛好者可幫助癌症基金會募得5歐元善款。此次展區特邀別具意義的章魚風箏以愛之名進行地景藝術展示，這些造型逗趣可愛的章魚風箏，擁有同樣身形卻各具不同心意，每一隻透過認購者的精心裝飾展現不同風貌與藝術天份，除了充滿愛心之外也看見了創作者的無限想像！

  Eight outstanding kite flying teams from Taiwan have been invited to join the event: Penghu County Kite Flying Association, Yunlin Kite Flying Committee, Chiayi Puzi Kite Flying Team, Changhua Dazzle Kite Flying Team, Zhongzhuang Kite Flying Team, Dream Sky Kite Flying Team, 8 + Taichung Stunt Kite Flying Team and 8 + Hsinchu Stunt Kite Flying Team, etc. All of them will fly kites in the air. The professional kite flying skills of the teams are also a major attraction. In the exhibit area, in addition to the flat luminous kites, there are also large software luminous kites that are popular with children and adults. The kite flying will have a three-dimensional effect and is interesting and this time, the luminous effect will give you a different experience from the previous daytime kite flying and the day and night kite flying. events require different skills and techniques and there is a special add-on show "luminous stunt kite" with fast flying kites, like the reduced version of gliders.
