以『澎湖秋瘋季』為號召，聚焦澎湖秋季盛會，為點亮璀璨澎湖，首次用燈光以「風」、「光」、「音樂」特性結合，打造「澎湖好風光」主題光環境，讓光環境不再只是單純的點綴，而是有故事性的延續，讓民眾來到會場能夠一起隨燈光搖擺，瘋風箏、瘋觀光、瘋音樂、瘋海洋！

Penghu, an archipelago of more than 90 islands, is composed of islands scattered in the waters flowing through the Kuroshio Current. Each island has its own distinctive landscape and story to tell and the tourism resources are diverse, providing an opportunity to revitalize autumn travel. The event combines technology, culture and marine elements to create an innovative, energy-saving and sustainable feast of lights. It is expected to break through conventional light festivals of the past and present a dazzling and mesmerizing Penghu.

With the theme of "Penghu Autumn Festival," the Autumn events in Penghu use lamps for the first time to showcase the characteristics of the "wind," "light" and "music" to create a lighting environment to brighten the dazzling Penghu, so that the themed lighting environment is no longer just an embellishment, but a continuation of the story, so that the public can come and sway with the lights, fly kites, travel, enjoy music and embrace the ocean!
