"Taiwanese abalone sashimi" preserves the raw and tender texture of fresh marine foods and they also retain most of the natural sweetness. It is definitely a favorite amongst sashimi lovers. The "three cup sauce" is a mix of sugar, soy sauce and rice liquor, balancing the fishy flavors of Taiwanese abalone.
