 Stir-fried Laver Noodles
In the old days, Penghu locals would prepare this gorgeous dish for the invited guests in the winter. As aquaculture techniques develop, it is now a dish to be enjoyed in all seasons. The main ingredients include shrimp, shredded pork, laver, mushroom and green bean noodle. When stir-fried together, the noodles soak in all the different flavors and become absolutely delicious.
