To ensure that its functions are complete, Penghu National Scenic Area has a director, deputy director, secretary and technical specialist; it has four sections: the Planning Section, Construction Section, Management Section and Recreation Section; and three offices: a Personnel Office, a Secretary's Office and an Accounting Office, a police corps and a sanitation team. It has five management stations: Qimei, Wangan, Yuwong Island(Yuwongdao), Lintou and Beihai that carry out scenic area management related work.
